The theme for my art pieces is shadows. Photography has played a huge role in my art as my talent and interest in it is what inspired me to do this. After doing photography for years, I have become very interested in the things we don't focus on much in our everyday lives which are shadows. I like how quiet it is; how it looks when they overlap, the colors, the sharp lines, the smooth lines, and the unique forms they create. I hope to create pieces that make the viewer pause and linger by presenting reconstructed spaces that go against easy interpretation.
