Hobby Days
As a designer, I have always been most passionate about creating solutions that meaningfully improve people’s lives. One of the most significant takeaways from my research is that senior citizens are a population that is frequently overlooked.
Hobby Days is an activity truck designed to bring engaging, accessible craft experiences directly to senior communities, including senior centers, assisted living, rehabs, and hospitals. While seniors can greatly benefit from creative activities, they often have limited access to them. This project aims to bridge that gap by providing craft opportunities tailored to seniors’ needs and interests. The experience is designed to ensure creativity, connection and fun are always within reach.
