Benji's Place

Benji’s Place is a community-driven campaign that aims to give downtown Lowell the slice of green our dogs need.
Artist/Thesis Statement
As a dog owner in Lowell, I was inspired to use my skills as a graphic designer and multimedia artist to support a campaign for a new dog park in our city. Through my photography, videography, and design work, I aimed to capture the joy and energy of dogs at play, and to create a visual identity that would resonate with the dog-owning community in Lowell.
Working on this project allowed me to combine my love of design with my passion for dogs and the community. I was particularly inspired by my own dog, Benji, who showed me firsthand how important it is to have safe and accessible spaces for dogs to run and socialize in the city.
Through our outreach efforts and community engagement, we were able to build a strong coalition of supporters who were excited about the possibility of a new dog park in their neighborhood. I am proud to have been a part of this effort, and to have used my skills to make a positive impact in my community.
