Fit For Life is a fitness campaign to inspire individuals to adopt healthy lifestyle habits early on by emphasizing how the choices made now can impact your later years.

Artist/Thesis Statement
My senior studio project explores the intersection of fitness, mental health, and sustainable habits through a relatable campaign aimed at young adults aged 16-28. Inspired by the idea that the choices we make today have a lasting impact on our future. This project encourages individuals to embrace small, consistent changes that lead to lifelong well-being.
Through a blend of engaging visuals, I’ve created a visual language that feels both approachable and motivating. Each design decision is intentional—whether it’s showcasing simple movements, highlighting the power of habits, or illustrating the positive effects of regular physical activity. I chose this approach to break down common misconceptions around fitness and show that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is achievable for everyone, regardless of their starting point. My goal is to inspire viewers to see fitness not as a quick fix, but as a lifelong journey. I hope to empower individuals to take control of their health and make choices today that their future selves will thank them for
