The goal of Insight is to fill in the gaps of menstrual cycle education and increase menstrual health literacy as a whole. Many people still feel uncomfortable discussing this important topic, and a lot of people lack even the most basic knowledge about it. However, given that half of the world's population will experience a menstrual cycle for a significant part of their lives, it's crucial to increase awareness and understanding of how it works. Insight aims to bridge the gap in menstrual cycle education and eliminate the stigma surrounding this natural process.
